Hello all!
Well, just like that time utterly flies by when you’re having fun! It’s been a surreal time of immense growth for the company both from what’s been produced and released and behind the scenes. The most obvious place to start would be the sheer success of our first crowdfunding campaign and subsequent pilot episode for Jötunn, our inaugural Audio Drama. The response from listeners was wonderful, with a plethora of 5 star reviews across the board.
Elsewhere, the launching of our Workshop programs made for an exciting step up into making Smoke & Shadow an open and accessible company for all levels of the Arts industry, with schools and colleges included in that. It’s an exciting time ahead. This ties in with several workshops I’m currently hosting online through November and will hopefully continue. There are classes for Acting, Writing and Working in Audio.
And so, where to for the future? The final crowdfunding for Jötunn is in its last 10 days and from there, if we make our target, then we can launch straight into production in the new year. From there we also have plans to work on some more projects in other mediums too!
